Mary Ann and I were married in 1964 and spent most of our working lives in Daventry, firstly as greengrocers and florists and then in 1980 we got the opportunity to start our own angling business in partnership with my long time friend Dick Stafford. After many years of succesful trading Dick decided it was time to retire in 2002 and in 2003 Mary Ann & I decided it was time for a change. We fancied somewhere warm & to avoid bordom we moved here and started our own small B&B.
